Telstra Integrated Messaging - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance

Dear Customer,

This is a note to let you know that we’ll be conducting necessary platform maintenance on the Telstra Integrated Messaging service.

When will the maintenance periods occur?

Start time and date: 11:30am (AEST, UTC +10 hours) on 28, 29, 30 April 2026 End time and date: 3:30pm (AEST, UTC +10 hours) on on 28, 29, 30 April 2026

Impact: There is no service interruption expected. We have three redundant paths of travel for any messages submitted and will only be conducting work on one path per day, meaning that there will always be at least two redundant paths available

Telstra Integrated Messaging - Notice of Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Dear Customer,

We would like to provide an update regarding the recent issue on Telstra Integrated Messaging.

Impacted Services: Email Delivery We’ve identified an email delivery issue affecting our Telstra Integrated Messaging platform. This issue is isolated to customers whose email providers use Spamhaus filtering services.

Recommendation: Impacted customers are advised to engage their email service providers or vendors to take the necessary steps to unblock or whitelist our mail server IPs (3.105.214.218, 13.237.12.178 and 52.64.6.176).

Telstra Integrated Messaging - Notice of Service Impacting Issue - INITIAL

Dear Customer,

We’re currently aware of an email delivery issue affecting our Telstra Integrated Messaging platform. Impacted customers may experience problems receiving emails from our platform, including password resets, delivery receipts (DR), and Mobile Originated (MO) notifications.

Our team is actively investigating the issue and working towards an urgent resolution.
