Impacted Services: Email Delivery
We’ve identified an email delivery issue affecting our Telstra Integrated Messaging platform. This issue is isolated to customers whose email providers use Spamhaus filtering services.
Recommendation:
Impacted customers are advised to engage their email service providers or vendors to take the necessary steps to unblock or whitelist our mail server IPs (3.105.214.218, 13.237.12.178 and 52.64.6.176).
