Description: TIM Platform Upgrade
Maintenance start time: Monday 29/04/2024 – 01:00 AEDT
Maintenance end time: Monday 29/04/2024 – 05:00 AEDT
Impact: There may be a service interruption to all services for between 15-30 minutes within the first hour of the change itself
Please Also Note : Any changes to the platform between Friday 26 April - 9pm AEDT and Monday April 29 - 1am AEDT will be replicated across to the new Cloud environment, however may not be available from the start of business Monday 29 April.
We will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.
