Telstra Integrated Messaging - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance

Dear Customer,

This is a note to let you know that we’ll be conducting necessary platform maintenance on the Telstra Integrated Messaging service.

When will the maintenance periods occur?

Start time and date: 11:30am (AEST, UTC +10 hours) on 28, 29, 30 April 2026 End time and date: 3:30pm (AEST, UTC +10 hours) on on 28, 29, 30 April 2026

Impact: There is no service interruption expected. We have three redundant paths of travel for any messages submitted and will only be conducting work on one path per day, meaning that there will always be at least two redundant paths available

Description: Release of new software version with patches and enhancements.

Maintenance start time: 11/12/2024 - 01:00 AEDT

Maintenance end time: 11/12/2024 - 04:00 AEDT

Impact: There is no service interruption expected

We will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.
