Start time and date: 01:00am (AEDT) on Thursday, 19 March 2026

End time and date: 05:00am (AEDT) on Thursday, 19 March 2026

Impact: There is no service interruption expected

Dear Customer,

Please be advised of the upcoming maintenance work on the Telstra Integrated Messaging platform (TIM)

Change reference: PCR-5688

Description: TIM Platform Upgrade

Maintenance start time: Monday 29/04/2024 – 01:00 AEST

Maintenance end time: Monday 29/04/2024 – 05:00 AEST

Impact: There may be a service interruption to all services for between 15-30 minutes within the first hour of the change itself

Please Also Note : Any changes to the platform between Friday 26 April - 9pm AEDT and Monday April 29 - 1am AEST will be replicated across to the new Cloud environment, however may not be available from the start of business Monday 29 April. This will include any password resets completed within this time period.

We will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.
